At Cloud eBikes, we want you to ride with confidence. If your new electric bike doesn't meet your performance expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Bike

  Ensure the eBike is clean and packed securely in its original heavy-duty shipping crate with all chargers, keys, and manuals included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will send you a prepaid freight label and coordinate a professional courier to collect the large-parcel shipment from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the bike upon arrival at our warehouse; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
