Our Cloud eBikes typically cover between 45 to 70 miles depending on the terrain, rider weight, and level of pedal assist used.

Do I need a special license to ride an e-bike?

In most regions, our Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes are treated like traditional bicycles and do not require a driver's license or insurance, but we recommend checking your local state laws.

How is the bike delivered and is assembly required?

Your bike arrives 85% pre-assembled in a reinforced box. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the assembly in under 30 minutes.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Every Cloud eBike comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.

Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?

Yes, our e-bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend submerging the bike or pressure washing the electrical components.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you aren't in love with your ride, you can return it for a full refund, provided the odometer shows fewer than 10 miles and the bike is in its original packaging.
